movement, mediation, and mantra to tap into your own healing power.
How It Works
Sexual assault survivors need a place where they feel safe and comfortable in order to heal. We need to be able to breathe deeply and allow our nervous systems to rest, restore, and reset. Thus, Woman Warrior workshops use targeted breathing, movement, and meditation techniques designed to allow our nervous systems to balance and heal so that we can start spending more time in “rest and digest” mode.
